Boracay Nannies is a marketplace. We help travelling families discover and connect with independent local nannies while visiting Boracay.
Boracay Nannies does not provide childcare services. We do not employ nannies, assign nannies, or deliver babysitting or nanny services ourselves.
Nannies operate independently. Each nanny listed on the platform is an independent contractor who provides services in their own right.
Families choose their own nanny. You browse profiles, compare options, and decide who is right for your family holiday.
Any childcare arrangement is between the family and the nanny. When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct service arrangement with your chosen nanny. Boracay Nannies facilitates introductions and bookings only.

Documentation nannies may submit
All nannies must submit supporting documentation such as identification, references, police clearances and first aid certifications to help families make informed decisions. Nannies listed on the platform may display verification badges when documentation has been submitted, including:
- ID Submitted
- References Submitted
- Police Clearance Submitted
- First Aid Certificate Submitted
What verification badges mean
Verification badges indicate that a nanny has submitted the relevant documentation for review on the platform. They help families see what information is available when comparing nanny profiles.
What verification badges do not mean
Verification badges indicate documentation has been submitted for review. They do not guarantee suitability, safety or performance. Families should independently assess whether a nanny is suitable for their needs.
Family responsibilities
- Assess whether a nanny is suitable for your children and holiday plans
- Review nanny profiles, references, and any submitted documentation
- Arrange a video call or meeting before you travel if you wish
- Communicate allergies, medical needs, routines, and supervision requirements clearly
- Supervise the arrangement and raise concerns promptly if needed
Nanny responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile information and keep documentation up to date
- Deliver nanny services professionally and in line with agreed terms
- Communicate openly with families about availability and care requirements
