• Holiday dates, hotel or meeting point, number of children, and notes you provide
• Login details if you use magic-link sign-in to view messages
• Payment-related information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (see Cookies below)

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Process and respond to nanny requests and enquiries
• Connect families with independent nannies and facilitate messaging on our platform
• Send service emails (for example, when a nanny responds or about your booking)
• Improve our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
• Run analytics to understand how the site is used (in a privacy-respecting way where configured)

3. Sharing with others

We may share information with:

• Independent nannies listed on our service, to the extent needed to fulfil your request
• Service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, email, payments, database, and platform infrastructure)

We do not sell your personal information.
